Riverfront Park is Billings’ largest river park. On South Billings Boulevard, it has developed lawn areas, natural trails, picnic facilities, and the very popular Lake Josephine and Cochran Pond. Yellowstone River Parks Association has worked extensively on the gravel trails and continues to pioneer the Dutcher Trail route through the park.
